EP44 | Tales from brain surgery

About 20 years ago I was working or a cutting-edge change management consultancy and I was privileged to read a transcript of a lecture by an esteemed brain surgeon. He studied how blood moved around the brain and also how to protect intelligence when operating. I was fascinated, and so put into practice the things he suggested in his lecture. The result is this podcast, where I share what I discovered. And guess what... he was right!
