One of my favourite parts of this ShowOff Project is 'showing off' women who have been in my world for decades. I've known today's guest, Karen Horn, for about 20 years. She's one of those people who just shine - through dark times and the good times. 

And I'm honoured to introduce you to her today. 

Karen is a wife and mum and runs her own business, Teaming Works during the pandemic. She's AMAZING at building and growing teams - and has done so for 30 years. Her heart for people is probably what I admire most about her - she's one of the most authentic, human-centred humans I've met.
